Songsight

Songsight is a personal project exploring my interpretation of song auras, or color stories of individual songs independent of album styling.

Useful? Probably not. Interesting? I think so!

Early in my career I did web design, development and promotion for alternative bands. I learned much from that immersive experience, including that album art didn’t always speak the artists truth, and that labels tend to choose profit over artistry. I like to think the tide has shifted toward artist-led decision making for personal branding.
